Bob received his BA in English from the University of Kansas in 1965. He started practicing accounting after receiving his MPA from West Texas State University in 1976 while concurrently working at Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad. After 39 years of service to BNSF, Bob retired from the railroad and went full steam ahead growing his accounting and financial services business. He passed the Enrolled Agent (EA) exam in 2003, which certifies him as an IRS expert. Bob is also a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor.
Bob serves on the Amarillo Opera BRAVO! Finance Committee, has mentored with Big Brothers, Big Sisters, and is a lifetime member of the American Legion. He is also a member of the Texas Society of CPAs, Panhandle Chapter.
